Mother Nature's Response
Mother Nature and Her crafts,
Hear the plants scream
Look at the grass.
Hear the trees cry
As mankind scoffs and laughs
As if,
He had nothing to do with this.
Bitter—surrender,
Feel a tree’s death
By looking at its lines
Where it starts and where it ends.
Watch the leaves fall
Not just in spring or autumn,
But more often
Like all four seasons.
A bittersweet kiss and say goodbye
As
A weed’s tears
After endless years
Wonders why
If others are still around
For Mother Nature,
Then why am I
No longer to be found?
A new twist:
Mother Nature is not forgiving.
Indeed, no more rest areas
Will we need.
Not fond memories
Will this twist bring.
The grass’s fierce heat,
The forest parks dream
Now turns into a towering inferno!
Without a warning,
And unfortunate,
That mankind’s reckless,
Lack of care Behavior,
Still persists he can outrun Mother Nature.
Sit or stand
And observe this fool’s plan
For he will, before long
Bring bedlam and ruin
As he brings down
His own town.
Soon you will observe
Mankind’s path
Causes worse damage than
Just forest fires
In actual fact,
From mankind’s blunder
There will be worse times
Before we all go under.
